How can I prepare my design for embroidery decoration?

To create a beautiful embroidery design, follow these below requirements and reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your design.

Ensure your file meets these requirements:

  • Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, PDF
  • File resolution: Your file must be 300dpi for a high-quality design
  • File size: The maximum file size for embroidery is 25MB

Minimum sizes to keep in mind:

  • Minimum text size is 0.25” for lower case
  • Minimum thickness for details: 0.05”

Avoid:

  • Small text
  • Photography and photorealistic designs
  • Complex designs
  • Negative space within your design
  • Gradients and shading
  • Too many colors
  • Serif fonts

What are the shipping prices and locations?

We charge USD$9.95 for shipping across North America.

Please note this is a display price based on an estimated conversion rate. Actual shipping charges are subject to banking conversion rates and foreign transaction fees, where applicable. We charge in Canadian and the cost will be converted by your financial institution.

I have specific colors in my design. Do you pantone match colors?

Direct to Film blends the durability of heat transfer with the artwork accuracy of Direct to Garment (DTG). We print your design onto a special film (PET, or Polyethylene Terephthalate) which is then applied with heat and pressure onto your apparel. This process delivers color without compromise.

DTF outputs crisp, clear, high quality prints, and vibrant colors that appear true-to-life.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are fulfilled on-demand within 5 business days of the order being placed. Once an order is fulfilled, it is ready to be shipped. Shipping times vary based on the recipient’s location. US orders are delivered within 1-5 business days and Canadian orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.

We use UPS standard shipping to deliver your custom orders.
